Who here among us does not admire a single-pot meal? Much can be said about recipes founded upon numerous, ornate preparations coordinated separately and then combined harmoniously at the ultimate moment. Intricate orchestration is, after all, one of humanity's most impressive capacities. But single-pot meals are great because they are acknowledgments that, let's face it, everything commingles.
