The Elephant and Butter has been feeling approximately red pants. But persisting nicely. Lemons are being preserved. The Hinterland is being adjudicated. Asparagus is being researched for a free-lance project. I mean, really researched. As in: amino acids, spies, Persia, urination, and possibly even the Queen of England. Good, because I've been wondering: is it that some people have a gene that makes their piddle smell like asparagus after they eat asparagus, or is it that all piddle smells like asparagus after the eating of asparagus, but some people have the gene for smelling it in the piddle?
The short answer: some water smells, and some people can smell water.
It's also true that: You don't miss your water until your well runs dry.
